But, embodied healing helps you FEEL better because you learn how to restructure and release the physiological impact that trauma and stress have on the body.
Embodied healing is about cultivating a sense of safety and security in your mind and body. Embodied healing helps you come back into yourself and feel at home in your body.
Over 6 months, you'll lean on me for support and guidance through your healing journey using various forms of movement to release emotions and connect deeper with yourself. This is how I facilitate complete and holistic healing and life transformation for my clients.
