When you get coaching or go to therapy, you learn how to THINK about things differently. You learn to restructure unhelpful thought patterns in your mind. But, embodied healing helps you FEEL better because you learn how to restructure and release the physiological impact that trauma and stress have on the body.

Embodied healing is about cultivating a sense of safety and security in your mind and body. Embodied healing helps you come back into yourself and feel at home in your body.

Over 6 months, you'll lean on me for support and guidance through your healing journey using various forms of movement to release emotions and connect deeper with yourself. This is how I facilitate complete and holistic healing and life transformation for my clients.

Truly, the timing is perfect. You don't need to feel ready; you just need to want it and be willing.

Hi, I’m Milana!

Professional fitness, nutrition, & mindset coach and owner of More Than Fitness, I’ll be your virtual PT during Couch To Consistent.

This challenge is a fitness revolution. All it takes is 28 days to achieve consistency with your health. It’s not about counting calories, or the toxic shaming culture if you don’t work out daily, but making sure you feel the joy that comes from moving your body.

When we first begin, one of my clients' greatest struggles is trying to force their process to look a certain way.

They believe they MUST follow the "rules" they read in a book, heard on a podcast, read in some Instagram post.

Rules that weren't created with THEIR lives and lived experiences in mind.

They try to follow rules that weren't made for them and simply don't work for them.

Naturally, they are not successful when trying to follow someone else's path.
