"I want you to know how grateful I am for this space. It's a soul, body and mind space where I don't have to shame myself for all the things I do wrong, because I get to celebrate all the things I do right. And there are so many more things I am doing right these last months with you in my corner. I had bad months and ok months and great months and my practice in this group changed depending on it, but I never felt less or outside. I knew I was part of this revolution and it doesn’t have to be perfect. It is a revelation that fitness does not mean 200% all the time. As long as I keep going, it can be one workout a week or seven. The further we progress the more I crave the workouts and the more the nutritional practices are part of my daily life and not a chore. It doesn't have to be hard all the time for it to be effective.”
