"Go for it!" That is the mantra I go by these days, why you ask? I started the Couch to Consistent program with Milana in Jan 2021; I thought this was going to be just a workout class to get me back on track with my health and fitness regimen, but this was different. Milana brings a level of energy and connects with the people that she works with. This is more than just a workout.

I was skeptical that the workouts would be too hard and that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with it, but Milana carefully orchestrates the class to accommodate someone that is new and just starting their fitness journey to making to it challenging for someone that is pretty fit and help them get the most out of the workouts.

I am able to function better on a daily basis with more energy, better mood and high spirits. I am able to keep up with my kids and accomplish more throughout the day, which I could not do before.

My biggest breakthrough is that I'm motivated and I WANT to workout! Milana has been able to instill consistency with me which is key in maintaining good health be it with nutrition and exercise."
