I'm a Trauma-Informed Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and the Founder of More Than Fitness.

 
 

I created More Than Fitness to show you how to change your daily habits so you can create deep and sustainable change within your life. I show you how to stop trying diet after diet after diet so you can finally see the results you’re looking for AND KEEP THEM. More importantly, I help you learn how to enjoy the beautiful process of fitness.

My clients see a drastic increase in confidence, they do things they never thought they could, they start falling in love with themselves, they learn how to manage stress more effectively, they learn how to recover well from tough workouts and stressful days, they learn how to fuel their body with food that makes them feel amazing, they learn how to treat themselves with grace and compassion.

My clients thought they were just going to learn how to diet and exercise so that they can lose weight to be happier with themselves and what they learned is how to be happier with themselves so that they can move and eat in ways that support them, their lifestyles, and their goals.

Fitness is just a small part of our lives, but I can help teach you how to create deep, sustainable change throughout all aspects of your life through fitness while having a ton of fun!
