This is a fitness program, but it also isn’t. Yes, we move, yes, we do squats, burpees and stuff like that. But the reason why I feel like moving my body is because Milana makes me feel like moving my body isn’t a chore, and most importantly, I can trust my body to support me to do all these movements. And while teaching us how to trust our bodies, she also teaches us how to trust ourselves in other ways. To trust myself to make good nutritional choices (not always, but to make those consciously), to trust to choose myself in other areas in life too. If I can take care of my body, I can also take care of being a leader. If I can take care of my body, I can also choose to take rest when I need it. I can choose to infuse fun in daily activities for myself and my family. It is amazing how much all these areas are related and I am so glad that Milana connects all of them in the program.
